  • Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis)
  • He Zi (Fructus Chebulae)
  • Fu Ling (Poria)
  • Yi Yi Ren (Semen Coicis)
  • Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis)
  • Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macro)
  • Chi Fu Ling (Poria Rubra)
  • Sheng Jiang Pi (Pc Zingiberis Recens)
  • Chuan Mu Xiang (Radix Vladimiriae)
  • Zhu Ling (Polyporus)

Dosage: Take 3-4 capsules three times daily.

Cautions: Do not use while pregnant or nursing.

If taking for more than two weeks, consider supplementation of additional electrolytes to prevent electrolyte imbalance.
