  • Bai Zhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae)
  • Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae)
  • Jie Geng (Radix Platycodonis)
  • Sheng Jiang (Rz Zingiberis Recens)
  • Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum)
  • Xin Yi (Flos Magnoliae)
  • Cang Er Zi (Fructus Xanthii)
  • Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong)
  • Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba)
  • Gan Cao (Rx/Rz Glycyrrhizae)
  • Da Huang (Rx/Rz Rhei)
  • Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae)
  • Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi)

Dosage: For treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis, or sinus infection, take 4-6 capsules three times daily with warm water on an empty stomach one hour before or two hours after meals. For maintenance or prevention, take 3 capsules two times daily.

Cautions: Do not use while pregnant or nursing.

Individuals with pre-existing liver or kidney diseases should not take this formula.
