  • Jiu Cai Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi)
  • Shu Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Prep)
  • Suo Yang (Herba Cynomorii)
  • Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis)
  • Du Zhong (Cortex Eucommiae)
  • Gou Qi Zi (Fructus Lycii)
  • Ren Shen (Rx/Rz Ginseng)
  • Shan Yao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae)
  • Shan Zhu Yu (Fructus Corni)
  • Tu Si Zi (Semen Cuscutae)
  • Fu Zi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Prep)
  • She Chuang Zi (Fructus Cnidii)
  • Rou Gui (Cortex Cinnamomi)

Dosage: Take 3-4 capsules three times daily.

Cautions: This formula is contraindicated in individuals with exterior or excess conditions, such as infections or inflammations.

This formula should be used with caution in patients with pre-existing hypertension, since many herbs in this formula may raise the blood pressure.

Patients who wear a pacemaker, or individuals who take antiarrhythmic drugs or cardiac glycosides such as Lanoxin (digoxin), should not take this formula.

Patients who are on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapies, such as Coumadin (warfarin), should use this formula with caution, or not at all, as there may be a higher risk of bleeding and bruising.
